Processing Your Order
Most orders take 2 to 5 business days to prepare and hand off to our carrier. This processing window is separate from the delivery estimates below.
Once processing begins, we can no longer modify an order in any way, including the shipping address. Orders ship only to the address entered at checkout, so please double-check it before submitting.
We ship on business days only. Nothing goes out on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Tracking Your Package
Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you once your package reaches the carrier. Some carriers take a few days to update their systems, so a short delay in tracking updates is normal. If it has been more than 5 business days since you ordered and your tracking still shows nothing, please reach out to us.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping time varies by country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided or guaranteed. The estimates below are for your reference only and are given in business days, on top of our 2 to 5 day processing time.

While we do everything we can to get your order delivered on time, Aeris cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, or protests, as these can cause delays beyond our original estimates.
Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees, which are charged once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Aeris has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office if you have questions.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Aeris is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please report it and file a claim with the shipping carrier.
We use the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests, and we may not be able to honor a claim that is not reported.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we cannot make changes once it has been placed. If the order has already moved through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
